The Avenue II offers an additional alternative when staying at the #1 rated of all Rehoboth Beach hotels. Located 200' west of the main Inn are 12 large rooms accessed from an exterior corridor. The rates are lower but all amenities are available to guests staying at the annex.  Some rooms sit directly over Rehoboth Avenue offering great people watching and views up and down the Avenue.  The back side of the building overlooks the parking lot and the action filled Purple Parrot Bar.
